Sports Health & Fitness Weightlifting Weightlifting training Snatch Clean and jerk Weightlifter deadlift back squat front squat training session

I was visiting family and had the chance to get some training in at Rubber City Weightlifting. I was able to lift with some other lifters as well, which is quite rare for me. I'm going to be posting the full un-cut session tomorrow. Well the only cuts are between exercises. An overall great session!
