If you say you can't here the trilling and warbling you're a liar

Not created, recorded over the air recording, nothing done other than amplified so you can hear. None of these I create so stop saying I created it. I used a voice recorder turned it on and began to record the sound around me nothing more. The sounds you hear are in the air over the cable lines etc. Nothing created just recorded. Criminals are transmitting this sound I had nothing to do with it it's criminals doing this. AI and or Gangstalkers ,or both.
