Pickpocketing elves in Prifddinas is a great money maker that can get you on average 2.5-3.5m GP per hour and up to 190k thieving XP, although I highly recommend you to have 99 thieving to maximize your efficiency. It's a pretty low effort money maker and does not require any starting cash or gear aside from the rogue's outfit, dodgy necklaces and some runes to cast shadow veil.
