G'day Rockstars on today's episode it will be an Australian update, the E safety commissioner has included YouTube in under 16 social media ban. This situation is not only detrimental to schools that depend on YouTube and to content creators who earn a living by producing videos on the platform, but it also serves as a pretext for implementing digital identification, as there is a perceived need to verify our ages online. This initiative was never genuinely about ensuring the safety of children; if there was a true concern for child safety, there would be a thorough overhaul of the childcare system, including comprehensive background checks on staff members. Following the recent incident, Victoria is set to become the first jurisdiction in Australia to mandate that childcare workers relinquish their phones and provide a detailed account of their employment history, as further alarming revelations have surfaced regarding alleged abuse at early education centers in Melbourne.

Additionally, I will be taking some time off to spend with my family.
I will return next month.
