Texas flash flood

Flash floods in Kerr County and surrounding areas have claimed at least 51 lives, including 15 children. Among the dead are dozens from Camp Mystic. Rescue teams are still searching for at least 27 missing girls. Over 850 people have been rescued as the Guadalupe River surged to dangerous levels. Federal and state emergency forces remain on high alert.
