Today's Guest is Lisa Mason, President and Co-Founder of Operation: Talk 2 Me Johnny.

Founded in 2023, Operation: Talk 2 Me Johnny is a non-profit organization that works to bring awareness and support to the mental health battle faced by our veterans and first responders.

Created after the lost Sgt. John R. Little, CD to suicide. With a mission to develop a network so no one feels alone. To reach out and ask for help when the demons come and know others will lend their shield.

John was a father to four boys, a son, a brother, a fiancé and a friend.
