Drawing from the first section of John 7, we look on as people have completely opposite takes on Jesus and His ministry. What if our perception of Jesus, our discernment and judgment about who He is and what He's done, is more determined by the disposition of our hearts than by rational thoughts of our heads? What if we need new hearts, transformed hearts, and renewed hearts in order to discern the will of God?
