How to replace negative beliefs with positive beliefs?

In one of my workshops on NLP and ‘How to communicate hypnotically?”, I share how we are doing self-hypnosis powerfully. We hypnotize ourselves with a lot of negative beliefs that are stopping us from doing what we want to do. Many of these negative beliefs are installed by someone in your mind, and just like an automated program, you keep repeating those beliefs in your mind. So, no matter what command you give to your mind, the negative program doesn’t fully accept and allow the positive command or positive beliefs to operate.
In this video, we are looking at one of the ways to deal with them so that you can make progress and achieve excellence in life.
