Declaration of Independence

The message on July 6. 2025 was a message on the “Declaration of Independence” as we learned of the document and the preliminary events leading up to the signing of it to create the United States of America on July 4, 1776. Wayne referred us to a great video on YouTube called “The Declaration of Independence | “The Story of America” | Episode 4″ by Larry Arnn, President of Hillsdale College, that was sponsored by The White House. The document has God in it in four places and it is worth reading again and learn of its creators. Wayne then paralleled how we have a Declaration of Independence from Israel! It’s not that we hate Israel but rather we love the calling that was given to us after Acts 28 when God revealed to the Apostle PAul “They Mystery” in Ephesians 3:9 KJV (and Colossians 1:25-26 KJV). In Christ Jesus, we have a new body that was created to bring peace between the Gentile and the Jew. This was not an evolution but rather created new, with a new calling and inheritance. The scripture reading was from Titus 2:11-13 KJV “11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, 12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; 13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;”
