At least 51 dead, 27 campers still missing in Texas floods

At least 51 people, including 15 children, have died in the flooding, according to local officials. Search and rescue teams are still racing to find 27 children missing from Camp Mystic, a girls’ summer camp near the Guadalupe River, which surged over its banks after torrential rain fell across the Texas Hill Country.
