Deadly July 7 flooding sweeps through Texas as more rain expected

Overnight storms in South Texas have left several people dead, according to authorities, as rainfall is expected to continue through the weekend. NBC News' George Solis reports that the Guadalupe River rose almost two dozen feet in three hours.
