FTC Halts E-Commerce Operation Led by Peter Pru Prusinowski

Peter Pru Prusinowski, operator of Ecommerce Empire Builders and Storefunnels, is now subject to a federal court order following allegations from the FTC that his company misled consumers with deceptive income claims and high-ticket “automated” storefronts.

The FTC filed a federal complaint citing false ROI promises and misrepresentation of business viability.

Prusinowski’s assets have been frozen and a receiver appointed to manage the business.

A $9.8 million judgment has been imposed, along with a permanent ban on selling business opportunities.
