CEO and Founder of Rainmaker Defends his Cloud Seeding Activities

Augustus Doricko, the CEO and founder of a company called Rainmaker, defends his cloud seeding activities specifically in Texas in the preceding days to the devastating flooding in Texas Hill Country.

Devastating floods associated with cloud seeding go back as far as June 9, 1972 and the Black Hills primarily Rapid City SD Flood which killed 238 people. You would think by now we as a nation would have learned something from this disaster.
