Every city need a CURFEW for these kids everywhere . They are outta control .

Time to hold the parents accountable for how their kids are roaming the streets in every city, hood, block everywhere.
Blacks, Hispanics and White kids are outta control,

But let’s focus on how the Governors and Mayors need to implement a curfew 18 years and younger should not be allowed roaming the streets after 8pm.
18-20years old should be home by midnight or 1am.
The legal age to drink is 21 years old but they are able to obtain liquor and these young kids are definitely smoking Weed.

Who to blame? Start with parents who who be responsible for any crime these minors commit.
Police need to be able to arrest these disrespectful, violent and dangerous kids who band as gangs and disrupt businesses and assault the elderly.

CURFEW IS NEEDED.
