Death toll from Texas floods rises to 82, dozens still missing

Rescuers are searching for more than 40 people still missing, after flooding in the US state of Texas.
The death toll has risen to at least 78, including 28 children - many of them from a summer camp.
President Donald Trump has declared the area a disaster zone.
