E-skip on the FM broadcast band

Recorded on the afternoon of July 4th 2025.

This happened completely at random. I was outside listening to WKRR on 92.3 MHz when another station started to interfere. I was unsure of what was going on but I suspected that it was the result of sporadic E propagation. So I whipped out my phone and made a brief recording.

Upon reviewing the footage, I noticed that the advertisement interfering with WKRR gave out a phone number with the area code of 320. That's a Minnesota area code. I am in North Carolina. I cannot 100% verify, but I am fairly certain that the interfering station was KXRA in Alexandria, Minnesota.
