Welcome to the Show.
Israel launched a surprise attack on Iran during U.S.–Iran nuclear deal talks, targeting Iran’s nuclear sites, IRGC leadership, and key scientists. The operation, called "Rising Lion," killed over 200 civilians and damaged major facilities like Natanz and Isfahan.

Iran retaliated with missile strikes on Israeli cities. The U.S., initially neutral, later joined with B2 bombers, reportedly setting Iran’s nuclear program back 1–2 years. Trump then called for a ceasefire, warning against regime change or invasion due to Iran’s difficult geography and past U.S. war failures.

Despite the ceasefire, Israel continued attacks, angering Trump. Though Israel claimed Iran was near nuclear capability, U.S. intelligence and the IAEA found no proof Iran was building a weapon. The war highlighted Israel’s desire to contain Iran and maintain regional dominance.
