Thermalright TL S12W S X3 Silent ARGB PWM case fans look amazing but really lack RPM and AIRFLOW!
Thermalright have been on top form recently, so it was surprising to see these at such a good price but also be WORSE than the TL-C12C models! These fans have a tiny 47.6 CFM so won't be moving much air, but on the plus side they are very quiet and mostly silent until about 1300 RPM with a max RPM of 1500.
These are not suitable for AIOs or to replace a CPU cooler, but if you like the look and have a good airflow case to begin with, they might be just what you need. Just be aware these are NOT performance fans.
