Final Fantasy IX Remake in TROUBLE? 25th Anniversary Brings BAD NEWS!

Final Fantasy IX celebrated its 25th Anniversary on July 7th and all Square Enix could muster was a goofy edit of some of the game's cutscenes. The long rumored remake didn't even get a hint or mention and even Domino's is getting restless.

A new rumor about the rumored game is not looking good. Apparently development has hit a snag, so badly that it might be cancelled! It's money sitting on the table and if it's good enough, the blueprint for several other games in the franchise to get a similar treatment; or the direction for the franchise to move forward.
