Col. Ryan Barnett, outgoing commander of the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry), transfers authority to Col. Joshua G. Glonek during a formal Change of Command ceremony held at Mihail Kogălniceanu Air Base, Romania.

3rd BCT is currently deployed in support of V Corps, conducting joint training operations with NATO Allies throughout the Black Sea region—reinforcing forward presence, mission readiness, and Allied cohesion.
