Easy Overnight Oats with Fruit Parfait Twist

Ingredients
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of oat milk
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of vegan granola
1 cup of fresh mixed berries

Directions
1. Add rolled oats, oat milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract to a blender and puree until smooth.

2. Add half of the oat mixture to a refrigerator safe container. Layer with 1/4 cup of vegan granola and 1/2 cup of mixed berries. Repeat layering of oats, granola and mixed berries.

3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

4. Serve and enjoy!
