Why is there a hole in the fence?

Long story, but the short version is: so all the dogs between our two houses can access each yard, and therefore one another.

The dogs in the house behind mine are a little bigger, and therefore too rough with the puppy in the far house (the one being discussed in this video).

There ya have it.

Iowa: good people.
