On Wednesday, July 23, 2025, Chris Barber will be sentenced on charges of mischief and of counselling others to breach a court order during the peaceful 2022 Freedom Convoy.

The Crown is demanding jail time and the seizure of his 2004 Kenworth long haul truck, called “Big Red" – his primary source of income. For years, thousands of Canadians have helped us fund Chris' legal defence.
