We need to get to the bottom of several major cases involving demolitions, arrests, and persecution. Additionally, there’s the issue of Chinese lawyers—hundreds of them, including the 709 lawyers and their families, who have been persecuted and put on trial. It’s been suggested that we must hold several hearings in the U.S. Congress to address these matters.
