New York, July 9, 2025 — On a heated segment of Gutfeld!, co-host Kat Timpf and guest Kennedy slammed the Department of Justice’s latest conclusion on Jeffrey Epstein’s death and Attorney General Pam Bondi’s shifting story on the now-denied client list.

Greg Gutfeld opened with a jab at federal agencies: “So, Kat, the DOJ—or as I like to call them, Dodge and Fibby—say Epstein killed himself and there was no client list. Trump’s clearly tired of it. What do you think?”

Timpf responded with blistering sarcasm. “You know, Bondi’s whole story now is basically, ‘Oh wait, I meant he killed himself. Total typo. Haha!’” She continued, “All those other things I said? Forget those. He’s the only one who did anything wrong. No clients. No list. Nothing to see here.”

Timpf warned, “That’s not going to satisfy anyone. If anything, it raises even more questions. Especially with Bondi suddenly backtracking.”

Kennedy jumped in to point out a more serious concern: Bondi’s direct role as Florida’s former Attorney General during Epstein’s reign of abuse. “He lived in South Florida—that’s her state. Dozens of those young victims were from her jurisdiction. She knew. And now she’s acting like she just reviewed it all for the first time?”

Timpf added, “She should’ve at least acknowledged that we don’t have all the answers. Instead, we get the same old brush-off—and meanwhile, predators are still out there using the Epstein blueprint.”

The segment concluded with both hosts agreeing that the DOJ’s latest memo does nothing to restore public trust—and in fact, only deepens suspicion.
