Reflecting on medical training: a tiny fraction of what I learned in med school truly shapes my practice today. 🤔 Statin use, particularly in those with genetic hypercholesterolemia, warrants careful consideration. For others, perhaps a broader perspective on cholesterol thresholds is needed. More data, less dogma. 🩺🔬
