'We captured Shevchenko, which lies on the crossroads of three regions. I speak about the Donetsk People’s Republic, Zaporozhye and, naturally, Dnepropetrovsk region. It is a big settlement. There were heavily fortified areas. There were various fortifications, barbed wire, and a lot, I mean really a lot, of drones. We trained them (assault detachments) at a training ground before sending them to battle. We trained their endurance and skills during assault actions in the field and tree lines, as well as in towns, where there are buildings,' said deputy leader on military-political work with the call sign 'Prometey'.

Before the assault, the servicemen trained to drive motobikes with headlights turned off and in anti-drone ponchos. They said that they had to get to the tree line as fast as possible and that's why they practised high-speed stealthy movement. Source
