Weather Warfare - Flooding in 13 States in the USA

There has been flooding reported in 13 US states in the last 5 days. Confirmed reports of cloud seeding in at least 2 of those states, and probably others. There is nothing normal about this. Weather modification has become a common practice and it is having dire consequences.
