Shadows

Shadows is a crime series that takes place in Scarlett City. In Scarlett City, the Butter Blues pill epidemic has started, and the cops seem to be no help. So, Mayor Mark Hayward calls in a favor from Bounty Hunter John Connor to solve the crime.
