Black Arsonist Sets Philiy Restaurant Ablaze

On 0July 25, 2023, at approximately 4AM, an unknown male broke into a restaurant located in the 400 block of south Broad Street in Philadelphia, and lit a fire, went outside then came back in to add a fuel load to the already burning fire. The male initially enters the restaurant with a t shirt covering his face. The male lights a pilot on the stove and places flammable items from inside on top of the stove then leaves. A short time later, fire is observed. The male returns without the shirt covering his face and adds a nearby plastic trash can to increase the fuel load on the already burning fire. After loitering around watching the firefighting activity, the male is seen going down to the subway at 4:48:50AM.

Suspect Description: Black male, approximately 6 '0" to 6'2" in height, thin build, 20 to 25 years of age, white shirt, shorts and white sneakers.
