So welcome to album ranking Wednesdays here on the channel, and tonight we are going deep beneath the earth once again into the United Kingdom for a ranking of an obscure black metal band with Lyrinx who formed back in 2004 and have made quite the name for themselves within the black metal underground… and playing depressive black metal but with sheer force and aggression.

This is a lot faster than your typical depressive black metal and its extremely nihilistic and hopeless but very heavy at the same time. The band have had a compilation release upon the “Union Black” which is a compilation of british black metal bands and also “Those Opposed” which is a 15 year anniversary release. The band have released 3 Demos, 2 Eps and 2 Splits throughout their active years. Now unfortunately their guitarist L. Passed away from cancer in 2018 R.I.P.
