Diddy is NOT eligible for reduced sentencing under Federal First Offender Act (FFOA)

Diddy is found guilty on 2 counts of FELONY crime known as Mann Act. Meanwhile, FFOA Federal First Offender Act only applies to people who committed first time low level drug offense. From 1:13 marker on is the detail on the FFOA law that doesn't apply to Diddy. He can't use FFOA as his basis to get reduced sentencing.
