Welcome to album ranking Wednesdays and you know what guys I figured that since I just reviewed these maniacs yesterday? Why the hell not do an album ranking on these awesome legends as well! So tonight we are doing a ranking of an absolute Doom Metal legend with PENTAGRAM Pentagram hails from Washington DC USA and formed back in 1971 so only 2 years after Black Sabbath and are widely regarded as the pioneers of American doom metal along with St Vitus and you know, I would have to agree with this as well because what this band has done for metal is just as important as what Black Sabbath have done. There's always been a very dark atmosphere to this band and they were one of the first to really bring in the darker elements into metal and take it to another level.
