This 40-Minute mini-circuits workout is set to the guiltiest of pleasures from the 00's nu metal era. Grab your weight bench, mini-band, and have a few sets of weights to work lower and upper body strength in this muscle-building workout. I am using 20's, a single 25, ankle weights, a light mini-band and a flat bench for today's program. If you don't have all the equipment you can still absolutely benefit from this workout so saddle up and let's LIFT!
