ARE YOU EMOTIONALLY DRIVEN? WHAT SHOULD A LEADER DO?

Have you ever endured someone who is constantly whining and complaining? It seems that every issue is an emotional response or request and they refuse to do anything to help themselves. What do we do? Are you a leader, follower or just in the way?

Are some people just going to continually walk around in the desert complaining? When does your level of tolerance turn into intolerance? Are you running off doing your own thing? Have people told you how to solve your problem, but they just continue to not learn or take responsibility for themselves or their situations? Or, do they just want someone else to do something? If you want something that bad, you will make the effort instead of laying your burden on others that it does not belong to.
