Activist Judge Blocks Trump’s Birthright Citizenship Order

A federal district judge just blocked Trump’s birthright citizenship executive order, defying the Supreme Court’s ruling against national injunctions by calling it a class action. In other news, RFK Jr. is stepping up, banning illegals from accessing 20 Health and Human Services benefits under a 1998 Clinton act. RFK’s move helps eliminate incentives for illegal immigration.
