CBDC’s, Stablecoins & The Genius Act ~ A Trap is Being Laid 🪤

The Genius Act does not call Stablecoins a CENTRAL BANKING DIGITAL CURRENCY, because it is being issued by the private sector(but issuers must be approved by the U.S. TREASURY). Also, many may tout the benefits, since it is backed by the U.S. dollar, which may cause peak performance in the U.S. bond market. But don’t be fooled, this is one step closer to what is happening in Europe with forced digital ID and digital currency, getting closer and closer, while making things very inconvenient for those using cash. The legal framework is all that would be needed to force a digital currency upon the American people, in a time of hyperinflation, as Glenn Beck mentioned.

The GENIUS Act, or the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for U.S. Stablecoins Act, is a significant piece of legislation that establishes a comprehensive federal framework for the regulation of payment stablecoins in the United States.Passed by the U.S. Senate on June 17, 2025, with a vote of 68-30, the ‘bill aims to provide regulatory clarity, enhance consumer protection, and safeguard national security in the rapidly growing stablecoin sector.’ This is a red herring, which will lay the legal framework for programmable, digital currency in the United States.
