Combative Black Female Tries to Debate Her Way Out of Traffic Stop

The FWPD is aware of a video circulating social media, regarding the arrest of Tyana Smith early Monday morning (Aug. 5, 2024) at approximately 3:35pm in the area of Abbott St. and Manford St. The FWPD believes in transparency and getting information to the public, when feasible to make the facts known, so accurate conclusions can be made. Please be advised, that body camera footage does not show everything seen and experienced by the officer. A thorough investigation into the actions taken in this incident are taking place. Attached is the body camera and car camera video of the officers involved in that incident.
