FALLOUT 4 | EP 5b (Pt1) Settlement Building | Survival Mode | 2k | All DLCs

In this episode 5b Pt1, we need to do a lot of work finishing up Santuary, getting the other settlements up to scratch with water and food prodctions. We need to make more caps and to do that we have get to level 14 and put that perk into the final Local Leader skill, so we can start creating shops in our settlements. This will be Part 1 of 2 before we can return to quests and story lines. So let's go building
