Victor Avila, retired Supervisor Special Agent with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), under the U. S. Department of Homeland Security (DSI). Ret. Agent Avila will explain the nightmare that ended up with his partner, while on a mission, being killed and himself being shot. He will dig into the border protection issue, the cartel influence and control, and himself being abandoned by his government for wanting to control immigration and the border.
