Texas has experienced one of its worst floods in history, with over 100 deaths and many people still missing. Eerily, there are striking similarities between the floods in Texas and the aftermath of Hurricane Helene in North Carolina, including the same number of deaths reported so far. Pilots on social media have reported blocked rescue efforts similar to what happened in North Carolina, as well. At the center of the controversy and disaster, though, is a company called Rainmaker, which was performing cloud seeding in July over parts of Texas.

In this episode, examine a map of the cloud seeding locations to determine if they correspond with the areas affected by flooding. At the end of the show, don’t miss the live Q&A followed by a meditation/prayer exclusively on Rise.TV. See you out on the edge!
