Crucial Talks Between US and China at ASEAN Summit

In a high-stakes meeting on the sidelines of the ASEAN summit in Malaysia, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio meets with China's Foreign Minister Wang Yi to discuss growing tensions over trade, Taiwan, and fentanyl. This marks one of the highest-level diplomatic exchanges between the US and China under the Trump administration.

Meanwhile, the summit also features talks on global trade, regional cooperation, and a crucial session on the Palestinian cause, with Malaysia positioning itself as a key advocate for Palestinian development and post-war reconstruction.
