I named him Buddy

these past few days here in Yuma Arizona it has been hot and I mean hot like 116°! really freaking hot. I'm a smoker and I always leave a crack open in my window. when the weather kicked up this hummingbird sat on the wire of my American flag lights that I have outside. and he's been here for the past 3 days! everyday when the heat kicks up he comes and sits on The wire cuz he knows that I have my window open a crack and enjoys the cool air coming from the air conditioning.

what is strange is that he is the only one that shows up. I bet if he told his friends they would all show up! they're one of my favorite birds. amazing little creatures.
