About Surah Al-Insan (literal meaning
Humans) &lu¥l (aka al-Dah ryô1 ): This
Meccan chapter reminds human beings of
how God created them, equipped them with
different faculties, showed them the Way
and gave them free choice. The reward of
those who choose to believe is mentioned
at length in this chapter, whereas the reward of those who choose to disbelieve
is mentioned passingly in this chapter
(verse 4) but in more great detail in the next
surah. The Prophet PBUH is advised to be
steadfast and not yield to the deniers of
Judgment Day.
