Stop Looking For Rest and Start Doing More Of What Actually Matters

When I was younger, ate more, drank more, got more sleep, had less responsibility, golfed more, didn't work weekends, I was tired all the time.

Now I'm at the gym by 4:30 a.m., work twice as much, eat less food, lift weights, jiu jitsu, hot yoga, cardio, workout with my kids, far more responsibility... I feel energized all day.

Why? Because I'm chasing my purpose and taking care of my body.

It's as simple as that.

You need to give yourself something to be energized about and do things that give you energy or you can't expect to have it.
