A Day In My Life 💁🏻‍♀️Health Journey Edition

MOGAD IVIG Update:
Just finished another consecutive rounds of IVIG Infusions for my MOGAD Autoimmune Disease. It’s been rough side effects; like inflamed fibromyalgia, headaches, fatigue body aches and swollen ankles/knees. But I’m pushing through; by walking and not consuming so much salt. As I continue my IVIG Infusion things should subside. As for now I have to continue IVIG Infusions for 5 years. Hoping to learn what helps calm the inflammation and what brings some relief. Also connecting with others who have an autoimmune condition; that can share tips on how they get relief.
For those of you asking; I have postponed some of my skincare treatments. Because I was on a steroid that caused my face to blow up with inflammation. It’s called Moon Face. I’m weaned of the steroids; I’m waiting for my face to “normalize” before I start back on my facial treatments. Believe me; I’m inpatient and can’t wait. Always I’m living One Day At Time.
