Week 3: Mini Cut - 17 Pounds Down | Morning Ab Routine & Tracking Macros

Week 3 update and I'm down 17 pounds in less than a month! Dropped from 258 to 241 and feeling good. My macros are still locked in - 350 protein, 450 carbs, 80 fat on training days. I'm sharing my morning AB routine that I do every day, including vacuums to help with my separated abdomen from that post-show binge eating disaster. Also telling you guys about how I screwed up tracking a sandwich that was 800 calories when I logged it as 600, but still stayed on track. It's not about being perfect, it's about doing your best and staying consistent. If you're cutting or bulking, track your macros and don't let one mistake derail your whole day.
