Everyone's hit plateaus. If you have, there's multiple things that could be causing that. My first line of advice: look at how much volume you're doing. Most likely you need to back off a little. It's helped myself and some clients and what I've found to be the most prominent cause of strength plateaus. There's other reasons too like exercise or rep range variation, but too much volume (like 12 or more sets in a day close to failure for one muscle group or something) is the biggest one.
