Trump visits Texas after floods: Questions loom over federal emergency agency

The US President has visited Texas a week after floods swept through parts of the state, killing at least 120 people.
More than 170 others are still missing.
But questions remain over the future of the federal agency responsible for disaster response management. Trump has promised to shut it down.
