As the saying on this channel goes when playing Civ 5, you don't need to play "perfectly" in order to win on Deity. A few honorable mentions: a work boat was locked inside of a city because of a scout, accidentally clicking on a tech when looking for which tech a wonder is hiding in (about 57:00), voted for the International Games a smidge too early, and because of the 20% tourism spread from Great Musicians the purchasing of Trebizond was prob unnecessary, in addition to faith purchasing a Great Musician too early.
